Generate performance reports

Creating a report can be really time consuming sometimes. But you need time to focus on your business or feedback talk, presentation or team meeting. When it's about customer feedback, SmileBack is here for you to help you prepare in a matter of seconds! 

Types of performance reports you can generate with SmileBack

Go to Reporting tab from the sidebar in the SmileBack app. There you can create the following reports in CSV format:

• Performance report grouped by company
• Performance report grouped by segment
• Performance report grouped by month
• Performance report grouped by agent

How to generate performance reports?

1. Choose the time period you want to filter the reviews for. E.g., last 90 days, last quarter or custom.
   
2. Select the grouping depending on the type of report you want to run - Company, Segment, Month or Agent.
3. Scroll down and hit the button at the right down corner of your screen.
