MSPbots

You can connect SmileBack to MSPbots to bring your feedback into their automation platform.

1. In your MSPbots account click on Integrations in the left hand menu then find SmileBack in the Other Available Integrations list.
2. Open the menu for the SmileBack integration by clicking on the three dots and select Synchronise.
3. This will open up window from SmileBack where you can authorize MSPbots to connect to your SmileBack account and pull data.
4. Now click on Datasets in the left hand menu in MSPbots where you can start to set up your desired use of your SmileBack data.
