Before you start
SmileBack connects to your Kaseya BMS account through the Kaseya API in order to fetch ticket details for CSAT reviews and contacts for NPS surveys. You need to be logged in to Kaseya BMS as a user with an Admin role and access to the API.
Set up
Enter your Kaseya BMS login details into the form in SmileBack:
Subdomain - the part of your Kaseya URL that contains your company name, note that "https://" and ".kaseya.com" are already provided.
Username - the username you use to log in to Kaseya BMS
Password - the password you use to log in to Kaseya BMS, SmileBack will securely transmit this to Kaseya BMS and use it to create a token, your password is not stored by SmileBack
Company name - the company name you use to log in to Kaseya BMS
When you are ready, click on Store Kaseya BMS API credentials.
You should then see "Status: Connected" at the top of the page.
