You can access your SmileBack reviews data for CSAT and NPS through our API. The API is read-only and duplicates your SmileBack data into your chosen destination, allowing you to analyze your results and combine them with other data.
Please note, this is different from the API connection that you set-up between SmileBack and your helpdesk software. See these articles for more information about that:
How to access the API
Account administrators and CSAT/NPS managers can access the API Credentials page in your SmileBack account. This includes information, keys and a link to our Swagger page where you can read the full documentation and explore the endpoints.
You can also reset the ID and secret on the credentials page if needed.
