If you use a custom security role for your SmileBack API member, then you need to check it to ensure that we can keep accessing your service ticket data.
If you have given your API member the "Admin" role then this will not affect you.
Please check that the Table Setup row has Add Level: All and Inquire Level: All. You can find that in the "System" section.
