New features
Two-factor authentication
SmileBack now supports two-factor authentication (2FA), so you can add an extra layer of security to your accounts.
Users with admin permissions can require their company to use an extra verification step when logging-in to SmileBack.
This works with mobile authentication apps that provide a time-limited code, which users will be prompted to enter after their password.
2FA is currently switched off by default, and you can quickly enable it for your company.
Read our full, step-by-step instructions here and turn on 2FA for your organization!
