Marketing permissions for NPS responses
To allow you to use your promoter NPS comments for marketing purposes, we extended the marketing permissions feature to NPS. NPS comments, by nature, are better suited for marketing purposes. They cover more ground since they are about your provider-client relationship and not just your agents' performance.

Ability to enable Google Reviews for NPS and CSAT surveys
You asked, we delivered.
You can now set up your NPS campaigns and/ or CSAT surveys to give your clients the option to leave you a Google review right after they submit a comment.

All you need to do is set your Google My Business review link, create a new CSAT survey or NPS campaign. Your clients can then choose to leave you Google reviews while on the comment page. They will then to be redirected once they submit their comments. And we automatically copy their comment to their clipboard so that there's very little effort on their part.
