We've improved the website widget to allow you to better leverage your customer feedback and choose exactly how to do just that.

More customization settings

You can now customize the widget's layout, drop shadow and border color in addition to the existing settings.

And we've made the configuration screen easier to use with an expanding preview panel that shows what the website widget looks like on different devices i.e. on Desktop, Tablet and Mobile.

A brand new look

We've made the website widget more modern and sleeker so that it fits well with your website's design. 

CSAT or NPS? Both!

Before you could only show your Net CSAT score. Now you can also show your NPS score as well as show both at the same time. We call it the Super Widget.

Showcase your reviews

Back up your great scores with your positive reviews and show your website visitors (and potential clients!) that your company is trusted and valued by other businesses in their area.

Improvements

• We added an Unsubscribe button to NPS survey emails to allow your campaign contacts to unsubscribe if they wish to. Once they've unsubscribed, they will be excluded from all your future NPS campaigns. This will ensure that your NPS surveys have a high deliverability rate i.e. they won't land in your clients' spam folders but in their inboxes — which is exactly where you want them to end up!
