If you're having trouble accessing SmileBack, please make sure you're using the same email address you registered with or the one where you received the invite to create your account. If you've checked that and you still can't log in, please read on.
Forgot your password?
You can easily create a new password by clicking on "Forgot your password?" button in the login screen.
If you don't receive an email from us, please check your spam folder. If it's not there either please reach out to us; you may have mistyped your email when signing up, or our email bounced and needs to be retried.
Can't log in despite using the right credentials?
If you see the error screen below, please reach out to the person in your company who manages the SmileBack account as your user account may have been disabled. If that's the case, please have them contact us so that we can help them reactivate your account.
