SmileBack needs permission to import contacts from your ConnectWise Manage account. Please check the API member you created for SmileBack in ConnectWise Manage.
If the Role ID is set to “Admin”, and the Level is set to "Corporate (Level 1)", then you do not need to do anything else.
If the Level field is set to something other than "Corporate (Level 1)", you will need to change it to that setting.
If you are using a custom security member for SmileBack then you will need to edit it and add the following permissions in the Company Module section:
