- Whether you already have merged your ticketing system instances
- If not, which ticketing system or helpdesk software the other company using
- If you'd like the other company to start collecting CSAT reviews before the transition is complete
- If you'd like to distinguish your reviews from the other company's
- How many agents you expect to be working on the other company's tickets
