Choosing a date range

Under the Reviews page, expand the filters box by hitting the date range or Adjust filters on your right hand side.

With the date picker you can quickly filter your results by time period. You can access the date picker either by clicking on the Calendar icon, which will show you a list of presets, or by clicking on the dates themselves to open up a customer selection. See below for illustrations and detailed instructions of this.

SmileBack will remember your selection on each page where the date picker appears. Let's say you always want to see results from the current week on the Reviews page. Select "This Week" from the dropdown menu and the reviews page will keep showing that selection even if you refresh, or leave the page and come back. It will also stay up to date, so when the next week rolls around, you will start seeing that week's results on the page.

You can make different date selections on different pages, for example if you want to see "Last Month" in the Reporting section and "This Week" on the reviews page.

If you want to clear your selection then click on "reset" in the filters box, this will return to the default "Last 90 days" selection.
