There are two types of SmileBack plans, direct and bundle. If you pay SmileBack directly from your company card then that's a direct plan, if you're a ConnectWise partner and you pay ConnectWise for several services including SmileBack then that's a bundle plan.
We base your subscription price on the total number of agents receiving feedback (CSAT reviews) through SmileBack. As your team grows, we’ll automatically adjust your subscription price.
This is not the same as your total staff count, and it is not the number of user log ins you have for SmileBack. We price based only on the agent count, you can have as many user log ins as you want.
