Cancelling your subscription
If you subscribe to SmileBack directly then simply send us an email at help@smileback.com.
If you're considering cancelling we would love to talk to you before you make your decision, please don't be shy and reach out to us.
Subscription cancellation terms
You can always cancel your next renewal and there is no minimum notice period. That means that on an annual plan you cancel anywhere between 364 and 1 days before your next billing date. On a monthly plan you can either cancel your next monthly billing between 30 and 1 days in advance, or you can tell us you would like to cancel in several months' time.
Bundle subscribers
If you're a ConnectWise partner who pays for SmileBack as part of a bundle of other services please contact your ConnectWise account manager or email help@connectwise.com.
