We released our Net Promoter Score (NPS) Alpha to a select group of users in August 2019.
The Alpha release is an early iteration of our forthcoming NPS product: functionality is at its most basic, the interface design is rough and there will likely be a few bugs. As such, it’s intended to be used for validation around the core functionality.
The Alpha cycle will run for approximately four to six weeks, with new iterations released along the way. Following the Alpha, we’ll action the feedback we receive and move immediately into a Beta cycle. With the Beta, we’ll further develop the existing features, add entirely new features, provide a polished user interface and enable users to deploy the product at scale.
For those who have already requested to be in the Beta program, we’ll provide regular updates leading up to the release and provide you with specific information around timing and what to expect from the build.
The full release to all customers will then follow that, and it will be included in the cost of your existing subscription.
