We released our Net Promoter Score (NPS) Beta to a select group of users in late December 2019.
The Beta release is built for our customers to leverage NPS technology at scale, and for us to test the performance and experience. The Beta adds key features to our existing Alpha build such as:
- Updated design and branding
- Enhanced responses dashboard with dynamic filters
- Ability to import and manage contacts from ConnectWise Manage
- Ability to send an unlimited number of surveys
- Ability to send to an unlimited number of recipients
- Ability to schedule recurring and/or one-time surveys
- Ability to add and send emails from a custom domain
The Beta cycle will run for several weeks, with new iterations released along the way where we’re planning to deliver the following features:
- Ability to configure survey colors
- Ability to resend surveys (i.e. following up with key users who haven’t previously responded)
The next step will be a full release to all our ConnectWise Manage customers (not just the Beta users), followed by our customers on Autotask, Freshdesk, and Zendesk!
