How to send surveys in different languages (ConnectWise Manage users only)

If you are using SmileBack with ConnectWise Manage you can have different survey snippets on different boards. For example, if you have English-speaking clients on one board and French-speaking clients on another then you can send surveys in the appropriate language to each of them. See the instructions here for adding the snippet to a single service board.
