Peer Leaderboard

What is the Peer Leaderboard?

The Peer Leaderboard is a feature that allows you to share and compare CSAT results with other companies in your peer group.

It will rank your Net CSAT Score and response rate in addition to the positive, neutral, and negative reviews and totals for each company in your group. 

Who has access to the Peer Leaderboard?

Peer group members need to request access to this feature. Please send an email to help@smileback.com with your group's name, and information on how we can contact the chair in order to confirm your membership. 

Only users with CSAT Administrator or Manager access will be able to view the data in the Peer Leaderboard.

How does it work?

As a default view, you will see the CSAT results for the last 90 days. To change the time period, click on the date selector at the top of the screen.

You'll see your ranking based on Net CSAT Score within your peer group, with your company highlighted. You may use the headers to sort by a different key metric.
