SmileBack's integration with ConnectSMART allows you to use your review data in your ConnectSMART customer satisfaction reports in just a few clicks and see your Net CSAT Score next to your other company metrics.
How to set it up
Requires administrator accounts on both ConnectSMART and SmileBack.
To start you need to log in to your ConnectSMART and SmileBack accounts.
Below is a simplified step-by-step guide. For more detailed ConnectSMART-specific steps, here's their instruction article.
1. Go to "Data" and then "Content Stores" in the left-hand menu.
2. Click on the "Packs" button under "Actions".
3. Select SmileBack and install it. Once it's installed, click "Next" and then the green "Authorize" button.
4. This will pop open a window from SmileBack asking you to grant ConnectSMART access to SmileBack, click on the blue "Yes, authorize ConnectSMART" button.
5. You will then go back to ConnectSMART where you should see a success message.
