If you only see the review and comment without the ticket detail (such as the company, contact and segment) in SmileBack, you may need to reload the ticket detail.
To reload the service ticket details:
- Open the review by clicking the smiley face at the beginning of the review row
- Click Reload Ticket Details
- A new background task will be scheduled to retrieve the ticket details. Please wait 5-10 seconds, then refresh the page.
