If you only see the CSAT review and comment without the ticket detail (such as the company, contact and segment) in SmileBack, you may need to reload the ticket detail.
To reload the service ticket details:
- Open the review by clicking the More button
- Click Reload Ticket Details
- A new background task will be scheduled to retrieve the ticket details. Please wait 5-10 seconds, then refresh the page.
If you have many reviews with missing or outdated information and you wish to perform a mass reload then please contact us and we can schedule this for you.
