How do I change a review?
- Click on the review that you would like to update
- Click on the pencil next to the smiley face to change the review. The update will immediately be reflected in the data table and metrics
Please note that this feature is only available to CSAT Administrators and Managers.
When should I change a review?
We recommend only changing reviews which were mistakenly submitted by your client.
If a client submitted a negative review then you followed up and resolved the issue, we still think it's best to keep that original negative review. If you want to show that the matter is resolved you could either mark the review as "Done", or open a follow-up ticket with them.
