24 July 2017: We're in the process of updating our Dropbox integration. Until this happens, you'll still find references to Nex.to (our company's old name). Don't worry – this is mostly cosmetic issue and won't impact your use of SmileBack with Dropbox. We're planning to update name of our Dropbox app folder as well as the files we currently write to that folder to SmileBack. Stay tuned to our blog and the emails we'll send out ahead of any changes that might impact how you're using SmileBack with Dropbox.
Our Dropbox integration allows you to automatically back up your SmileBack data to your Dropbox account. Here's how to set it up:
- Navigate to Integrations and find Dropbox.
- Click Authorize.
- Follow the prompts to log in to your Dropbox account and authorize SmileBack.
From there, we'll start backing up your SmileBack data (as 4 separate CSV files) to a folder named Apps/Nex.to. Please refer to our Data Resource Guide for more detail on how we structure each file. Lastly, we'll update your backup every 15-minutes, provided you've received a new review since the last backup.
Please make sure you have 50 megabytes free in your Dropbox account.
