SmileBack's integration with BrightGauge allows you to use your review data in your BrightGauge dashboards and reports.
How to link your accounts
To start you need to log into your BrightGauge account and follow their instructions.
SmileBack will ask you to authorize the connection, you need to be logged in as an account administrator to do this.
To disconnect BrightGauge from your SmileBack account go to the integrations page, find the BrightGauge section and click on "Authorizations" and then the red Revoke button.
Would be good to have the ticket ID field as TICKET_NUMBER - think this will then show in BrightGauge drilldown as a hyperlink straight to the ticket.
That's a great idea! I've checked with BrightGuage and unfortunately that doesn't work with their DropBox integration that we're using. But we're hopeful that they'll update this in the future!
