Adding users to SmileBack

Adding new users

You can add as many SmileBack app users as you'd like. To add users to your SmileBack account:

1. Go to "Users"
2. Select Add User
3. Enter the contact details and select the permission level
4. The user will receive an e-mail with a link to set the password. 

If the e-mail isn't received, please check Junk/Spam folders.

Restoring users

If you previously removed a user from SmileBack and want to add them again you may find you are unable to because the email address already exists in our database.

If this happens please contact help@smileback.com and we will help you to reactivate the user.
